At Burbank Unified Independent Learning Academy (BUILA), the student:teacher ratio has fallen 11% over the 5-year window — from 22.4:1 in 2020 to 20.0:1 in 2024. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 7.0:1 above in 2020 to 4.6:1 above in 2024.
