What we're seeing
At One Hundred Ninth Street, the student:teacher ratio has fallen 3% over the 5-year window — from 20.1:1 in 2020 to 19.5:1 in 2024. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 4.7:1 above in 2020 to 4.1:1 above in 2024.
