What we're seeing
At MARC, chronic absenteeism has been essentially flat over the 5-year window — from 0.0% in 2017 to 164.3% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 28.0% above in 2017 to 136.3% above in 2020.
